Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Lunami (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use Lunami.

1. You must be 18 or older

Lunami is only for adults. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and that you are legally allowed to use a dating service. We remove accounts that belong to minors.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information about yourself, including your real age.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not create an account for anyone else.

3. Rules of conduct

You must not:

• harass, threaten, bully or intimidate anyone;
• post nudity, sexual content involving anyone, or any content involving minors;
• impersonate another person or use photos that are not of you;
• post hateful, violent or illegal content, or promote self-harm;
• ask other users for money, sell anything, or use Lunami for commercial solicitation or escort services;
• send spam, run scams, or collect other users’ data;
• interfere with the app, its security or its servers.

If someone breaks these rules, you can report or block them in the app, from their profile or from your chat with them. A report also blocks the person for you straight away. You can also write to safety@lunami.world. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and transmit that content for the purpose of running Lunami, for as long as your account exists. You confirm that you have the right to share it.

5. Meeting people safely

We do not run criminal background checks or verify users’ identity. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you met online.

6. Third-party pages and offers

Lunami may open web pages and offers run by third parties, inside the app or in your browser. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Lunami is provided “as is”. We do not promise that you will find a match, or that the app will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and we will announce material changes in the app before they take effect.
