Delete your Lunami account

In the app — the fastest way

1. Open Lunami and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and scroll to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Send an email to privacy@lunami.world from the email address you used to register, with the subject “Delete my Lunami account”. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days. If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us and we will verify that the account is yours another way.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address and password hash.
• Your profile: name, age, gender, bio, city, interests, photos and location.
• Your likes, passes, matches and messages. Messages you sent also disappear from the other person’s conversation.

What we keep

• Technical records of what the app showed and when, with the link to your account removed. We keep them for analytics and to protect the service.
• App event records tied to the app-generated device identifier, not to your account.
• Server logs, for 7 days.
• Anything we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires.
